Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. Yours Truly Card Co. ("we", "us", "our") hopes that you are happy with it. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund from us, as further set out below. 

Refunds

All refunds must be requested within 14 days of the purchase date. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your refund request to process your refund.

If you do not request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date, any decision by us to perform a refund is solely in our discretion. You agree that you are not entitled to a refund if you do not request one within 14 days of the purchase date.
